Harvey said that Rambarran was intimidated, dropped his bicycle, and the assailant picked it up and rode away.Harvey also informed the court that on August 13, police arrested the defendant based on a similar allegation made against him to which he admitted.Semple was then sentenced to three years imprisonment for the robbery under arms charge and two years for larceny.
